Having had many sets of earphones that seem to last no time at all I can say these are the best yet. I now have two pairs of these and for sound isolation, clarity and price they are without doubt the best value around.

Very good set of earphones. Noise isolating is average. The sound quality is top notch and they have very good bass.

I bought these headphones as a replacement for the rubbish ones supplied with my apple iPod.
They have far superior sound quality compared to the apple ones with clear notes and deep base. I also like the noise isolating aspect of the headphones that proved useful for traveling on planes etc when other noises where completley blocked out.
The headphones also seem to stay in my ears better and are comfortable for long periods of time.
The reason i have only rated 4 stars is because the right earpeace stopped working after about a year and a half. There was a loose connection in the wire. My friend also had the same problem.
Overall though they served me well and are just as good as many more expensive headphones.

I have been very disappointed with the sound of these headphones if you have the volume at normal levels the sound rattles in the earphone not a good sound quality. These are not as good as I had expected being creative labs own product.
The small packaging does allow it to get through the letter box easily so no need to stay in for the post person. The noise isolating properties don't seem to be any better than any other in ear phones. They are a cheap set of earphones but not one's I'd recommend to anyone.
I have no problem with the delivery or supply of the item just not a great product.
