So far so good, bought these inks when we got our new printer 4 weeks ago and have not had any problems. Have printed both documents and photos both of which are fine although I am no expert. I do like the fact that you can replace the colours individually which should save money in the long run. They are easy to install.

I purchased 3 full sets (520/521)multi colour in order to be able to maintain the quality of colour for 'photos' and letter heads from my MP560Canon Printer. On arrival two of the three packs had damaged and crumpled packaging, and from one the black cartidge was leaking and had to be thrown away. I shall not be purchasing this item again.

Print quality looks pretty good so far. Only issue I faced (may be because of improper operation) is that once I removed the orange protective cap, some ink has gone over my hands (happened with all of the cartriages i've replaced). This problem was not observed during the initial ink installation with original Canon cartridges.

There is always an element of the unknown with compatible Ink Cartridges so you takes your chance to an extent! Absolutely no problems with this item which immediately produced excellent results across the range of tasks. Highly recommended.
